You own your data
Your students, patients, fees and records belong to you. We never sell, rent or share them with anyone.
Export any time
Download everything to Excel whenever you want. If you ever stop the service, you get a full export.
Everyone sees only their part
A teacher sees only their classes, a parent only their own child, a branch only its own records. This is checked on the server, not just hidden on screen.
Secure login and connection
Every page runs on HTTPS. Passwords are stored encrypted, and staff can also log in with an OTP.
Daily backups, two places
Your data is backed up every day, with a second copy kept in a separate location. We test restoring it before launch and regularly after that.
Every sensitive change is recorded
Fee corrections, cancelled receipts, permission changes and exports are saved in an audit log with who did it and when.
Staff leave? Access ends instantly
When someone leaves, their login can be switched off in one click, without affecting anyone else.
Official WhatsApp only
Alerts and reminders go through the official WhatsApp Business platform, only to the numbers you have on record.
Who is responsible for what
You (the school, class, clinic or business) decide what data is collected and why. We store and process it only to run your system, as you instruct, and only for as long as you use our service.
