Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website, why we collect it and how we protect it. We keep it short and plain.

Who we are
VendNest Enterprises, based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, runs a smart vending business and, through its division VendNest Technologies, builds software for businesses. In this policy "we" and "us" mean VendNest Enterprises.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), what you are interested in and your message.
- WhatsApp, phone or email: the details you share when you contact us directly.
- Live demos: the demos run entirely in your browser with sample data. Nothing you type in a demo is sent to us or stored by us. Your browser only remembers that you have seen the demo tour.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for security.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your requirements, send proposals you ask for and provide our services. We do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. It is handled only by us and by service providers we use to run this website and our email (for example, our web hosting provider), who must keep it confidential.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Data in systems we build for clients
When we build and run a system for a school, class, clinic or business, that client decides what data is collected and why; we handle it only on their instructions. See Your data is safe for how we protect it.
Security
This website uses HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of sending data over the internet is completely secure.
